Course Registration

Step 1.
The following two forms need to be completed before starting the class:

1.  Registration Form (pdf file) 2.  Hold Harmless / Permission Request (pdf file)

Step 2.
When the forms are turned in, you will be given a CERT Participant Manual.  It is helpful if you read through Section I in the Manual before attending the first session.
