Course Registration

Step 1.
The following two forms need to be submitted to the New Canaan Chapter of the American Red Cross before attending the initial training:

1.  Registration Form (pdf file) 2.  Hold Harmless / Permission Request (pdf file)

Step 2.
When the forms are turned in, you will be given a CERT Participant Manual.  Please read through Section I in your Manual before attending the first session.
